Refund

All purchases come with a satisfaction guarantee. For our PRO plan, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. For the BASIC plan, which offers 7 days of access, you have 3 days to request a refund. If you're not satisfied with the product, please reach out to us.

License Restrictions

License Grant: Upon payment for the Service, Softcore Labs LLC ("we" or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InboxPurge (the "Software") for personal use only. The license key is a confidential piece of information and should not be made available to others.

No Misuse: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software. You are not permitted to use the Software for any illegal or unethical activities.

No Sharing: The license granted to you is for your personal use only. Sharing the license key with others, or allowing others to use your account or license key, is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your access to the Software without refund.

Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by unauthorized users. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your license key. If you are aware of any unauthorized use of your license key, you must notify us immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the Service, the website, and all associated rights, are the exclusive property of Softcore Labs LLC.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to notify users of significant changes. Limitation of Liability Softcore Labs LLC, its officers, employees, partners or agents shall not be liable to you or to any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
